Join our exciting full-day excursion to discover the iconic Torres del Paine. Starting from your accommodation at 06:30 am, we’ll first head to Cerro Castillo before entering Torres del Paine National Park through Laguna Amarga, where the entrance fee is paid.
From Hotel Las Torres, we will begin a hike through the Paine Reserve, crossing the pampa and following the Valle Ascencio trail. You’ll cross small bridges and ascend about 2.5 km to reach the “Paso de los Vientos,” where you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of the southern section of the trail.
After passing the Chileno Refuge, we’ll enter a forest of ancient Lenga trees, followed by a 45-minute ascent along the Glacier Torres moraine.
Finally, you’ll arrive at the majestic granite peaks known as the Torres del Paine, at the Base Torres Viewpoint.
After taking in the spectacular views, we’ll descend along the same Valle Ascencio trail and meet the transport at Hotel Las Torres for the return journey to Puerto Natales, concluding a day filled with exploration and wonder in one of the most stunning destinations in Patagonia.

Beginning
Trip and stop at Cerro Castillo
- Drive along the route, passing by Cerro Castillo. Arrival at the entrance of Torres del Paine National Park at Laguna Amarga to pay the entrance fee
Start of the hike
- Departure from Hotel Las Torres, located 7 km from the park entrance in the Paine Reserve.
- Hike through the pampas and along the Ascencio Valley trail.
- Cross small bridges and ascend approximately 2.5 km to the "Paso de los Vientos," offering panoramic views of the southern area.
Trekking
- Pass by the Refugio Chileno and an ancient Lenga forest.
- Ascend for about 45 minutes from the moraine of the Torres Glacier.
- Arrival at the Torres Base viewpoint with stunning views of the granite peaks.
Descent and return
- Descent via the same trail of the Ascencio Valley.
- Meet the transportation again at Hotel Las Torres.
- Return along the vehicle route to Puerto Natales.
